While we happily send our creations across oceans and kingdoms, local customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged upon arrival.

When Will My Order Arrive?

We aim to dispatch ready-to-ship items within 7 days of your order being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you by email where applicable.

Our bespoke creations are lovingly handcrafted to order and typically require 4-12 weeks before they are ready to begin their journey.

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy periods, public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.
