Returns Policy | Furdrobe

In the event you wish to return an item, please email us to let us know within 30 days of receiving your item: firstname.lastname@example.org. If 30 days has passed since receiving the item, we cannot offer an exchange or refund. Please ensure that the item is in an unused condition and the original tags are attached and it is in a re-saleable condition. Damaged or soiled items may be refused and sent back to the customer. Furdrobe reserves the right not to refund items which are not returned in a re-saleable condition.
When you send the item back to us, please obtain a tracking number. The customer is responsible for fees incurred by shipping the item back to us.
Once we have received and inspected your returned item and will email you to let you know if the return has been approved. If it is approved, your refund will be processed and the original amount will be returned to you within a few days. We will notify you via email when the transaction has been completed.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defective item please contact us via email within 24 hours and identify the defect: email@example.com. Please leave the original tags attached to the item.
Defective items must be returned to us within 30 days. On receipt of the item we will test it and inspect the defect. If it is approved you can choose between the options of: repair/replacement/refund. We will reimburse you the postage fees incurred for the return of the item.
When returning faulty items please obtain a tracking number.
We are not able to refund made to measure, bespoke or personalised items unless the items are faulty, so please measure your dog carefully and follow our size guide. If you need any help measuring your dog please contact us.
In the event of a refund, Furdrobe will refund the purchase price of the items. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
