Our “Let It Snow” Monarch is simply exquisite! Created using white metallic iridescent silk taffeta and embellished in cascading sizes of crystals to create such an elegant look! The edges are decorated with Emerald cut crystals in Crystal colour. Finishing the look is a large fancy cut Emerald Cut also in Crystal.
